Rhum J.M

In 1914, Gustave Crassous de Médeuil bought the J.M Distillery from the family of Jean-Marie Martin. The Crassous de Médeuil heirs have carried on the time-honoured passion and tradition of making Rhum J.M. Sugarcane is grown on the island of Martinique and within an hour of being cut it is crushed to extract fresh sugarcane juice for immediate fermentation. Freshness and purity is not a secret to making great rum, but these simple details separate Rhum J.M from the rest.

Pirate's Grog

Pirate’s Grog is the award winning golden rum that was originally discovered on Roatán, a small Caribbean island situated 60km off the coast of Honduras. The name 'Pirate's Grog' is derived from days of old when pirates and buccaneers used the island as a resting point between voyages. The small unprotected island provided a safe haven for trade in between plundering merchant vessels and sheltering from stormy weather.

Deadhead

Deadhead is a 6 year old aged rum in a bottle shaped like a shrunken head, known as a Tsantsa, a trophy kept from a defeated enemy. Unique doesn't even cut it, as far as this bottle goes. The rum itself is a blend of sugar cane juice and molasses - it is double-distilled and matured in European oak barrels for six years before being expertly blended to achieve the desired rich, spicy flavour profile.
